• “Content” – Any data uploaded or shared on the platform.
• “User-Generated Content” – Content created or uploaded by users.
• “Third-Party Services” – Services like Zoom, Google, YouTube, etc.
• “Confidential Information” – Any non-public, sensitive information.

3. Eligibility

Use is open to all, but minors require supervision and consent from a parent or guardian as per Indian law.

4. User Account and Access

Users may register manually or via third-party logins (e.g., Google). You're responsible for your credentials.

5. Services Provided

LiveEd provides:

• Learning management & course delivery
• Online exams & evaluations
• Mentoring & resource tools
• Surveys & rankings
• Integrations with Zoom, YouTube, Google, etc.

6. User Obligations

• Use services lawfully and for educational purposes only.
• No illegal, infringing, harmful, or misleading content.
• Do not interfere with site security.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content and platform IP is owned by LiveEd. Uploaded content is licensed to LiveEd but remains reusable by the original creator.

8. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payments via third-party gateways. LiveEd doesn’t store payment details.

• Refunds subject to review and discretion.
• Duplicate payments refunded.
• No refund after course/service is accessed unless exceptional.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Account Termination

Users can terminate accounts. Academic records remain preserved.

11. Third-Party Integrations

LiveEd is not responsible for third-party platform policies or breaches.

12. Communication

You agree to receive service and promotional emails. You can opt-out via unsubscribe link or email: support@liveed.in

13. Limitation of Liability

LiveEd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of availability or accuracy.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify LiveEd for violations, misuse, or third-party claims.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Disputes resolved first by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Jurisdiction: Courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

17. Modifications

We may update Terms. Continued use means acceptance of the updated version.
